Head Coach Jeffrey Lim

Coach Lim has guided the Skyhawks since 2002.  He currently holds a United States Soccer Federations National “C” Coaching License and has over twenty years of coaching experience in youth soccer.  Some of his coaching credits include Assistant Coach for Lincoln High School Women’s Soccer Program (1995-1997), Assistant Coach for Grant High Schools Men’s Program (2001), Assistant Coach Newberg High School Men’s Program(1994), Staff Coach for Portland City United Soccer Club (1996-2003), Staff Coach (1993-1996,2000-2002) and Head Coach of the Boys’ Program (2003) for Newberg Soccer Associations.

Coach Marshall has been with our program at Southridge High School since 2003 as an Assistant Coach.  He currently holds a United States Soccer Federations National “B” Coaching License. He has spent seven years as and Assistant Coach for the Women’s Soccer Team at Sunset High School, four years of Head Coach for the Men’s Soccer Program at Crook County High School, two years at Redmond High School and four years as the Assistant Men’s Coach at Bend High School.  Some of his club coaching experience is with Portland City United Soccer Club, Central Oregon Soccer Association and Tualatin Hills United Soccer Club.  He also has two years of coaching experience with the Olympic Development Program (State Select).

Coach Fisher has been part of our staff since 2009, with nine years of soccer coaching experience. He worked as an assistant with the Aloha High School Boy's Program from 2000-2001 and as an assistant with the Aloha High School Women's Program from 2002-2008. He is currently coaching with the Lake Oswego Soccer Club and holds a KNVB Youth Certificate.  Ted is a graduate of Central Washington University and Portland State University and teaches 8th grade science at Mt. View Middle School.

Coach Josephson joined our staff in 2006 coming from Eugene where he had been in youth soccer for 20 years and was President of Emerald Kidsports, the community sports program in Eugene.  He has coached high school soccer for 16 years including head girls’ coach at Sheldon and Thurston high schools and a sub varsity coach at South Eugene and Sheldon.  He received a regional coaching license from the National College Coaches Association with Tom Rowney at FC Willamette and ran the Memorial Day Shootout for ten years.  He was an OYSA Premier Coach for two years with Southside Soccer of Eugene.

Coach Rife joined our staff in 2009, a graduate of Southridge High School (2008) she was a four year letter winner in soccer and track.  During her soccer career at Southridge she was selected to the All-Metro League Second Team twice, voted Team Captain for three season and the Team's Most Valuable Player. She also won the Jerry Plugg award and was the Mac Scholar Athlete recipient. She is currently attending Portland State University and is a member of PSU's Track and Field Team.
